Description

In this article, the detailed structure of a prototype of kaonic nuclei 'K-pp' is discussed, based on a variational calculation. As a result of studies with a chiral SU(3)-based K-barN potential and a phenomenological K-barN potential, the isospin and angular-momentum compositions of the obtained K-pp are found to be almost the same in both potentials, although the binding energy and the spatial size are varied because of the different strength of the K-barN attraction. The inner structures of the K-pp's obtained with both potentials are not so different from each other as expected from the difference of the binding energies. (author)
