Description
The process of extraction of cesium ions from water solutions is investigated by the sorption on copper (nickel) ferrocyanide fine particles and by separation of the last from water by flocculation and microflotation, which allows one to reduce the quantity of radioactive waste by 8-10 times and to reduce the time of sorption processing till 20-40 sec in comparison to traditional filters. It is established that ferrocyanide sorbent synthesized directly in a processable solution is more effective than a previously prepared one approximately by 1.5 times
