Carrier localization and superconductivity in YBa2Cu3O7-δ single crystals

Description
The temperature dependences of the electric resistivity along the C axis and in the basal plane are studied on YBaCuO single crystals of different degrees of perfection and with varying contents of oxygen. It is shown that the conductivity along the C axis can vary from metallic to the jump-like one as a function of oxygen contents
