The explore of performance management model based on integrative planning

Performance management is a strategic management system, and its fundamental purpose is to achieve a high level of development. This paper analyses the existing performance management model, and in accordance with the project management features, a new performance management model is put forward exploratorily, based on integrative planning, combined performance management with enterprise's strategy. Meanwhile, by using advanced ideas of the Balance Score Card, implementing enterprise's strategy and objective down to every level from multi-dimension. This new model was exploratorily practiced in SMNPC's performance management, and the effectiveness of the model was initially proven. And combined with the practical experience, opinions and suggestions were offered to improve the performance management model based on integrative planning. This method can be applied to the performance management of other nuclear power projects in the future. (authors)
