Electron-hole plasma production in CdS in an electric field
Creators
Description
Analysis of transformation of CdS reflection and transmission spectra in electric field under intensive optical excitation below exciton resonance shows that the field increases photoexcited carrier density and electron-hole plasma production, therewith, carrier distribution is nonuniform both on excited surface and along crystal depth. The field action mechanism is suggested
