Radioactive preparations. Determination of radiochemical purity by gas chromatography
Description
Data is given which must be attached to samples, and the equipment, chemicals and auxiliary substances required for gas chromatography of radioactive substances are listed. Described are the prepration of samples, the choice of the chromatographic method according to sample data, the identification of conditions for chromatographic separation using the reference sample, and methods of sample proportioning and detection of radioactive preparations. Methods are defined of the qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the radioactive preparation and the calculation of its radiochemical purity. (E.S.)
