Description

Variations of hyperfine interactions at concentration stratification of metallic alloys, irradiated by subthreshold energy electrons, are investigated using Moessbauer technique, Fe-30.55%Ni, Fe-36%Ni, Fe-18%Cr foils with thickness from 5 up to 10 μm at electron mean track length smaller, than 1μm were used as specimens. Energy of the irradiated electrons constituted 2 and 20 keV, which was essentially lower, than energy when defects were formed at direct collisions. It is shown, that occurrence of ranges with new crystalline structures absent in the initial state is the main effect of low-energy electron irradiation
