Description

In the framework of the boson transformation method, the magnetic field near the surface of a semi-infinite superconductor is numerically computed for various values of the Ginzburg-Landau parameter, with the assumption of diffuse electron scattering. Comparison with previous results, obtained for the case of specular electron scattering is also given. (orig.)
