Duality for the Migdal-Kadanoff transformations and bounds on free energies
Description
The Migdal-Kadanoff transformations are formulated on the dual lattice. The Kramers-Wannier duality and the dual lambda-transformation are studied, and a new lower bound on the free energy is given which compliments the Kadanoff lower bound. (orig.)
