Quarks and nuclear structure

These proceedings contain the articles presented at the named symposium. They deal with the calculation of hadronic mass spectra by lattice QCD, the description of nuclear structure by the quark model, bag models with solitons, the quark structure of nuclei, the description of the nucleon-nucleon interaction in the framework of the quark model and the comparison of the boson-exchange description of nuclear forces with the quark model approximation.
