Description

The Kyoto University Research Reactor Institute (KURRI) has designed and plans to construct the 30 MW Kyoto University High Flux Reactor (KUHFR). KURRI is engaged in a joint study program with the Argonne National Laboratory (ANL) on the core conversion of the KUHFR from highly enriched uranium to moderately enriched uranium fuel.
