Changes in short-range order during nults heating of some compounds of A1B3C26 and A1B5C26

Description
The kinetic viscosity of A1B3C26 and A1B5C26 compounds melts has been measured. The results are analyzed in terms of the activated complex theory and the Bachinski's equation. The structural changes occurring in course of melting and heating of the melts are thus deduced, and the mean entropy and the activation energy of viscous flow are calculated. It is shown that heating virtually does not influence the short-range order in melted AgSbSe2, AgSbTe2, CuGaTe2 and CuInTe2
