Electronic equipment of a borehole log analyzing natural gamma radiation
Description
The paper describes the electronic part of a spectral natural gamma-ray (SNG) logging system, where the spectroscopy is performed in the probe. The results (count-rates in four windows) are digitally transmitted to the surface, where the data are converted from a simple binary form into ASCII, for use in the ordinary data equipment. (author)
