Phase domain nucleation on impurities
Description
Space structure of a parameter of an order of exciton dielectric in the vicinity of single addition at temperatures close to Tsub(c) temperature is considered. It is shown that if processes fixing the order parameter phase are considerably small there are phase deviations from equilibrium value in volume possible in the vicinity of definite impurities. The appearance of nonuniform imaginary part of the order parameter connected with it, accompanies the formation of spontaneous electron currents around the impurity. It is noted that the total magnetic moment of such current structure is equal to zero. This statement permits to make a conclusion that defect current structure response on the external magnetic field is connected with the deformation of current circuits. Besides according to the concepts developed earlier, such response can meet the anomally high diamagnetism
