Description

The structural characteristics and geometry of the uranium ore mineralization in the Upper Permian sandstones of Mts Mecsek, Hungary, are examined on micro-, meso- and macro-scales. Its lithology, oxidation-reduction potential and facies relations are traced throughout the areas concerned. In this context the role of tectonic deformations is also discussed. (author)
