Preparation of working calibration and test materials: plutonium oxide

Procedures are presented for preparing plutonium oxide with assigned values of plutonium content and isotopic distribution. This material is used to calibrate and maintain quality control surveillance of chemical methods for the analysis of nuclear, fuel-cycle plutonium oxide.
