Photoconductivity of ferromagnetic semiconductor CdCr2Se4 and its band structure
Description
To study band structure photoconductivity spectra of CdCr2Se4 crystals, slightly doped with Ga in the temperature range from 110 to 180 K are investigated as well as the effect of magnetic field on them
