The peaceful use of plutonium and nuclear non-proliferation
Description
Japan Nuclear Cycle Development Institute had sponsored Nuclear Non-proliferation Study Group since November, 2000 through March, 2003. This group discussed on 'The Peaceful Use of Plutonium in 21th. Century, The problems and the measures'. Each member of the group wrote his/her chapter based on the discussions and his/her own study results. This report assembled them. Therefore, the details of each chapter were not negotiated and this report was not representative of JNC's policy. In addition, it should be taken notice that this report was written before the current DPRK's nuclear problem was risen up. (author)
