Description
The pion double-charge-exchange reactions on the Te isotopes are discussed in the generalized seniority scheme. The elementary process of charge exchange is described in a double scattering process within the plane wave limit. The transition rates are calculated for double-isobaric-analog state as well as for ground-state reactions. copyright 1996 The American Physical Society
