Morphological stability of the solidification front near minima and maxima in the liquidus line in binary solid-solution systems

Description
The application of the stability criterium of the crystallization plane front of the binary melts to the vicinities of the congruently melting compositions, corresponding to the minima or maxima on the solid solutions meltability curves, is considered. Analytical expressions for the stability function by various approximations of the liquidus and solidus curves are obtained

Рассмотрено применение критерия устойчивости плоского фронта кристаллизации бинарных расплавов к окрестностям конгруэнтно-плавящихся составов, отвечающих минимумам или максимумам на кривых плавкости твердых растворов.
