Asymptotic relation for the quantum entropy of momentum in energy eigenstates

Description
An asymptotic formula S(p)Q∼S(p)C+constant relating the quantum entropy of momentum S(p)Q to its classical counterpart S(p)C is derived. The class of potentials considered is that which supports an infinite number of bound states. The approach makes use of very recent results in momentum-space WKB theory for energy eigenfunctions
