Description

Peculiarities of the behaviour of the flux of solar particles at various energies generated by the power chromospheric solar flare on the 29th of April 1973 and detected by the ''Prognoz-3'' satellite are considered. Hard X-rays bursts, insreased fluxes of high-energy particles, solar wind rate, Ksub(p) index of geomagnetic activity are plotted using the data transmitted from the ''Prognoz-3'' satellite and neutron monitors in the Apatity mountains. A relationship is analyzed between perturbation parameters of interplanetary magnetic field, solar wind plasma, and flares in the intensity of solar particle fluxes, the energy being up to 500 MeV for protons and up to 30 keV for electrons. A model of interplanetary space structure is presented in order to interprete in the best possible way the experimental results of the phenomena observed. The evenets described are attributed to the action of active solar regions on shock wave appearence leading to a set of discontinuities in the solar wind parameters
