Elementary processes of recombination charge transfer processes in fusion plasma
Description
Charge transfer processes resulting from collisions of impurity ions with H, He, and H2 targets in fusion plasma are reviewed in conjunction with other inelastic processes. Particularly, the current level of understanding of collision dynamics and the theoretical framework used to guide the experimental analysis are closely examined. Furthermore, the current status and future tasks of the cross-section data compilation for charge transfer processes are also reviewed. (author)
