Description
Comparison of enthalpies crystallization obtained by different calorimetric methods (DCM), was carried out for using method of thermodynamic similarity to rubidium and-cesium-borate systems. DCM permits to obtain data adequate reflecting changes in glass-melt system. Proposals are made on existence of two types of ordering in glasses within the frames of simple method of thermodynamic similarity. Ordering to crystal type is prevailing for low-alkali glasses; for stoichiometric compositions to type of metastable liquid. In structural and energy plan glass-like Rb2O-5B2O3 and Cs2P·3B2O3 are close to state of corresponding crystals than Cs2O·5B2O3 and Rb2O·3B2O3 glasses. Enthalpies of formation from oxides of rubidium-borate crystals were determined
