High-temperature superconductors: Development of basic technologies for energy engineering

Description

The results of three research projects are presented: (1) Gaseous-phase separation (CVD) of YBa2Cu3O7-d thin films; (2) advanced ceramic technologies for producing HTSL semifinished products. Thick-film technology, texturing by melting, powder-in-tube technique; (3) preparation of superconducting layers in the YBa2Cu3O7-d system by the sol-gel method. (orig./MM)

Berichtet wird ueber Ergebnisse von drei Forschungsarbeiten: 1) Gasphasenabscheidung (CVD) von YBa2Cu3O7-d Duennschichten; 2) fortgeschrittene keramische Technologien fuer die Herstellung von HTSL-Halbzeugen: Dickschichtverfahren, Schmelztexturierung und Pulver-im-Rohr-Methode; 3) Herstellung supraleitender Schichten im System YBa2Cu3O7-d nach der Sol-Gel-Methode.
