При применении стандартов оказания медицинской помощи следует учитывать виды, условия и формы оказания медицинской помощи в медицинской организации соответствующего типа и уровня. Применительно к участникам ликвидации последствий аварии (далее - ЛПА) на Чернобыльской АЭС и жителям радиоактивно загрязненных территорий дополнительным организационным условием оказания медицинской помощи является наличие специализированного диспансерного уровня оказания медицинской помощи (специально выделенные для этого учреждения здравоохранения) при доступности для этих пациентов обычных амбулаторно-поликлинических и стационарных учреждений.
