Induced chemiluminescence of the blood plasma of rats in early postirradiation periods
- 1. AN Ukrainskoj SSR, Kiev. Inst. Problem Onkologii
Description
Kinetic characteristics of chemiluminescence of the blood plasma of rats have been studied in the course of the development of the radiation injury induced by fast neutrons. The shape of the kinetic curves of luminescence has been shown to vary in different periods after irradiation. The action of the ionizing radiation results in typical changes of the total light, flash intensity and rate constants of yields of plasma luminescence. The results obtained are supposed to be used in diagnoses of radiation pathology
