Average incore axial power distribution measurement by a multi excore detector
Description
French 1300 MWe reactors Protection System against DNB and excessive linear power is based on the average incore axial power distribution continuous measurement by multi-excore detectors. This paper describes the main results obtained during the first power escalation of PALUEL Unit 1 and 2, first units of 1300 MWe reactors and shows some INCORE/EXCORE power distribution comparisons.
