Description
The possibility of self-assembly aggregation of complex nanostructures containing metallic and semiconductor nanoparticles with the pre-defined configuration in the field of a resonant laser radiation is considered. The configuration of self-assembled nanostructure can be controlled by the frequency and polarization of the laser radiation. (authors)
