Generalized virial theorem and dipole sum rules in atoms
Description
This paper examines the effect of velocity-dependent interactions in atoms on the form of the virial theorem and dipole sum rules. When the interactions are linear in the velocity components, the formulas closely resemble the applicable expressions for velocity-independent situations
