On anomalies in temperature dependence of electrical resistance in transition element alloys

  • 1. Moskovskij Gosudarstvennyj Univ. (USSR)

Description

Investigated has been a temperature dependence of electric resistance of Ni3Fe alloys with Cr,Mo and W additions at 20-800 deg C. It is stated, that in alloys with high addition contents (5-12%) the resistance either drops or remains unchanged with a temperature increase. It is shown, that temperature dependence character is connected with the degree of packing and density of states in d-zone. The result obtained gives a possibility to purposefully search for materials with temperature independent electric resistance among transient metals
