On the application of intensifying screens in X-ray diffraction analysis

At the example of lauegramms production carried out comparative estimate of various strengthening screens and their peculiarities, namely of three types of screen position relatively to X-ray film: before the film, behind the film and a combined application of front and back screens. The best results are shown for screens on the zinc sulfide base, activated with silver. Presented is a kphorogramm of the Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy, obtained with the help of the shown screen
