Description
Radioactive tracer methods, developed for the investigation of ion migration in coatings are summarized. The isotope tracer techniques were based on the determination of the quantity of isotopes penetrating the self-supporting paint layer separation the two solutions with different concentrations. The methods are applicable primarily for comparative studies of paint coatings. (R.P.) 4 refs. 4 figs
