Description
The electrical resistivities of Cd, Co, Re and Ga have been measured after fast neutron irradiation at about 5 K and the recovery spectra are obtained for two annealing times. The shift in the recovery stage is observed at 130 and 200 K in Cd, at 45 and 320 K in Co, at 84 and 360 K in Re and 45 and 160 K in Ga, which are considered to be due to the long-range migration of defects. The recovery spectra after fast neutron irradiation are compared with those of electron, thermal neutron and alpha particle irradiations. (author)
