Thermoemf of single crystals YBa2Cu3O7-x and phase transition at 240 K

Description

The thermoemf of single crystals YBa2Cu3O7-x with Tc92 K was measured in the basic plane in the temperature range 80-300 K. The analysis of the temperature dependence of thermoemf shows the phase transition at about T∼ 215 K
