Study of interaction between TeO2 and some oxides of transition metals

Description

The processes taking place upon the formation of Cr2Te3O9, Fe2Te3O9, CoTeO3, CoTeO13, NiTeO3, NiTe2O5, and NiTe3O8 have been studied by thermographical, chemical, and X-ray phase analyses. It has been shown that these compounds are formed at 610, 625, 475, 625, 600, 660, and 700 deg C, respectively. The data of X-ray phase analysis of the compounds are presented (interplanar distances and relative intensities of the lines of the synthesized products)
