Regional blood redistribution in rats after 7- and 30-day hypokinesia

Description

Hypokinesia of rats was accompanied by tachycardia, lactate excess in blood, increase of total amount of circulating blood. Blood percentage increased in the heart (myocardium), lungs, muscular and bone tissues of the breast, liver, kidney and small intestine. Relative decrease of blood filling in the skin of different parts of a body, in muscular and bone tissues (excluding chest), in the tail and some internal organs of abdomen (large intestine, adrenal glands, spleen uvinary bladder, testes), has been found out.
