Measurement of exposure level at working area radwaste installation by using TLD

Description
The aim of this research was to observe exposure level of radioactive effect at the working area continuously. The measurement of exposure level have been undertaken at several working area using TLD BG-0110 made by HARSHAW, which were installed once a month for 6 month period. The TLD measurements was read by using TLD reader 6600. It was found that from six measurements taken there was no significant exposure level at the working areas, except for interm storage area which was around 15.2 μR/h to 2027.3 μR/h and compacting area 9.8 μR/h to 606.3 μR/h while processing. Cementation, Luandry and evaporation area were at the same exposure level (8 μR/h to 13.5 μR/h) whether there was a process or not. (author). 7 ref, 2 tabs, 1 fig
