Synopsis of International Symposium on Polarization and Correlation in Electron-Atom Collisions
Description
One major topic of the International Symposium at Muenster, July 24-26, 1983, is summarized: the state of sources and detectors of polarized electrons, the state of ''perfect'' elastic scattering experiments, spin dependence of electron-impact ionization and excitation, polarized Auger electrons, light polarization as produced by polarized electrons, polarized-electron-photon coincidence experiments and spin dependence of electron scattering from targets that have no inversion symmetry.
