Changes of pH and luminescence intensity of dog urine after 60Co γ-ray irradiation

Description
The pH value and the bioluminescence intensity of dog urine showed regular changes after 2-8 Gy irradiation. (1) During 1-3 days after irradiation, the pH value decreased and the bioluminescence intensity enhanced with increased radiation dosage. It seemed to related to radiation dosage. (2) During 4-9 days after irradiation, the bioluminescence intensity showed a second increase and the pH started to increase. The peak was just at the first day of fever due to the infection
