Study of microheterogenities in Fe-Zr amorphous and microcrystalline alloys by magnetometric methods
Description
Space dimensions of phase formations are measured by magnetostructural methods and the character of space distribution of ferromagnetic phases, making up amorphous and crystalline Fe-Zr alloys is determined. Changes of phase distribution and their microscopic dimensions under the changes of Zr concentration in alloys are studied. It is shown that in Fe-Zr alloy films the concentration transfer crystal-amorphous state leads to the alloy microstructure reconstruction by changing the character of phase distribution in the material. 14 refs.; 8 figs
