Modelling of radiation load on solid bodies
Description
On the base of imitation (Monte Carlo) approach to the researches of radiation penetration through the substance the calculation schemes of main parameters are improved. These parameters define the radiative damage of solid bodies. The software is developed that alloys the user to make versatile analysis of radiative loads on materials of layered structures
