Critical parameters of phase Bi2+xSr2+yCa1+zCu2O8-δ (2212) single crystals

Description
The 2212 phase single crystals with different composition were grown. The homogeneity region was determined. The highest value of Tc=100 K was obtained. The correlation between critical parameters Tc, Hc1 and Jc was observed. (orig.)
