Thermodynamic properties of hard monoarsenides and monobismuthides of rare-earth metals

Description
Data from literature and information on estimations are used to calculate thermodynamic functions of monoarsenides and monobismuthides of the rare-earth metals. Calculation is underlain by a temperature dependence of the heat capacity. Values of entropy and enthalpy are obtained by a graphical integration of the temperature dependence of the heat capacity under constant pressure
