Compton and Bremsstrahlung cross sections ratio

Description
Bremsstrahlung background (BB) contribution to gamma-ray compton scattering spectra was discussed and photoelectron Bremsstrahlung to compton cross section ratios were calculated up to Z=92 for an incident photon energy of 662 keV. These calculations show that the contribution of Bremsstrahlung radiation to compton spectra was insignificant. (author)
