Oxygen isolation kinetics YBa2Cu3Oy ceramics vacuum degassing
Description
Facility and technique to treat kinetic curves of oxygen variation pressure in the cell specimen degassing and its continuous pumping-out under viscous conditions, are described. It is shown, that data on oxygen isolation kinetics in YBa2Cu3Oy specimens obtained due to caking of pressed pellets for 1023-1173 K range agree satisfactorily with diffusion model via different ways with wide spectrum of activation barriers
