Sequence of phase transformations in La1-xMxVO3 solid solutions (M-Li,K,Rb)

Description
High temperature X-ray radiography method is used to study polymorphism of La1-xMxVO3 (M-Li,K,Rb) solid solutions. It is shown that in La1-xMxVO3 substitution solutions characteristic of LaVO3 sequence of phase transformations: rhombic->rhombohedral->cubic, are preserved. But M+ substitution for La3+ is accomponied by phase transition temperature drop, which decreases by increase of radius and alkali metal content
