Cold nuclear fusion: Its possibility in principle and means of realization

Description
The author addresses the question of how energy can be pumped into deuterium in cold fusion reactions. He proposes that if self organization occurs throughout the bulk of the system, and with a high enough rate, and if there is sufficient energy separation of the atoms at each self organization stage, then energy gain can occur. He argues that shock waves from soliton and antisoliton propagation can couple the vibrational levels of palladium into the problem. At a sufficient state of coherence, or self organization, ionization can occur, and energy transfer from palladium to deuterium can be mediated through electromagnetic radiation. He proposes several experimental changes to be implemented to test his ideas
