On February 14, ADEME handed over the revolving presidency of the EnR network to its Portuguese counterpart, ADENE. An ideal opportunity to review the past 12 months' work marking a turning point for the European Union. The European financial framework provides numerous possibilities to fund ADEME's thematic priorities. It also offers tremendous opportunities for French project leaders. Long-standing partners, the Greater Paris region (France) and Greater Dakar (Senegal) launched an integrated regional climate plan in July 2013 with the support of ADEME, which is particularly interested in this pioneering approach in West Africa
