Effect of different limiting media on weld x-ray viewer machine on light intensity and temperature

Description
Measurement of light weld x-ray viewer machine is performed to determine whether able to meet the standard used in industrial radiography. There are various ways to strengthen the intensity of the light generated from the weld x-ray machine viewer, among others, by replacing the opaque acrylic/transclution with acrylic translucent / transparent or by using clear glass /transparent. The resulting temperature of the weld x-ray viewer will also be different when using a different delimiter media. Acrylic limiting media use transclution/opaque with a thickness of 3 mm on a weld x-ray viewer machine is more appropriate because the intensity of the light produced is more stable and the resulting temperature too low so as not to damage the film radiography. At a height of 5 cm above the limiting media produce 14290 lux light intensity and temperature of 29.8 °C. (author)
